With over 35 years of hands-on experience in real estate, I specialize in residential, multi-unit, church properties, and commercial sales throughout the Norwalk and greater Los Angeles area. I guide clients through even the most complex transactions, including probate sales, trust administrations, short sales, and foreclosures with integrity, patience, and proven solutions that deliver real value and peace of mind.

As a bilingual professional (English/Spanish), I’m able to serve a diverse community more effectively, ensuring clear communication and cultural understanding in every deal. On a personal note, I’m a proud father of five amazing children and grandfather to two wonderful grandchildren. I was blessed with 22 years of a loving marriage before becoming a widower in 2020. After a season of healing and growth, I’m excited and grateful to be preparing for remarriage a new chapter filled with hope, faith, and joy.

Faith has always been at the center of my life.
